Four phases of the project – including the Rolex, Centex, and Jones Day headquarters – have been completed to date with plans for the next phases in progress. The Centex Building within the complex was even recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency as the most energy efficient in the nation.
Cleveland House on St. James’s Square in London’s prestigious West End is just a short walking distance from Buckingham Palace. This 100 million ₤ project encompassing seven floors of premier office space, features a striking multi-story water feature designed by noted British sculptor William Pye and has set the pace for some of the most valued lease space in London and reportedly in the world.
Rennweg 28 is a Class A property located in the Zurich “Golden Triangle”, just a few steps from Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most prestigious business addresses. The Rolex Building in Beverly Hills, is located at 9420 Wilshire Boulevard, just a few steps away from the world’s most exclusive boutiques and luxury hotels on Rodeo Drive. This Los Angeles landmark was completely redesigned by DMJM Architects in 1998 and so well received that it earned first place awards for outstanding renovation from the Los Angeles Business Council and the City of Beverly Hills.
Lititz Watch Technicum, designed by Michael Graves, is located in Lititz, Pennsylvania at the heart of the region’s historic Amish country. Harwood International constructed this 40,000 square foot facility to accommodate the simplicity of the Amish lifestyle and the practical needs of a premier luxury watch making and teaching facility.
