Jones Day Building

Built in 1999, the Jones Day Building was designed by world-renowned architect Richard Keating and boasts ten floors and a penthouse atop a four level parking garage. A porte cochere provides a welcome entry for visitors who enter its lobby to view European-inspired gardens through floor-to-ceiling windows. The gardens join the building via a dramatically landscaped skybridge. The building’s lobby features finishes including Rosso Alicante marble, limestone, granite, glass and copper.

The building’s amenities include an upscale sundries shop with shoeshine stand, laundry/drycleaning service and car wash. Floorplates in the building are designed to offer optimal space efficiency, allowing tenants to better utilize their space. Tenant suites offer extraordinary views of downtown and the arena, as well as Harwood International Center’s 65,000-square-foot garden.
