NEXT MAJOR TENANT OF SAINT ANN COURT
McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C signs lease for approximately 18,000 square feet
DALLAS – Dallas-based developer, Harwood International, today announced McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C. as the next elite tenant to move to the anticipated, Class AA luxury office building, Saint Ann Court. The sixth addition to Harwood International Center, already features the Rolex, Jones Day, 2828 Harwood, Azure, and Centex buildings. Current tenants include holds Aldus Equity, Erasmus Advisors and Harwood International as tenants.

McGuire, Craddock & Strother’s lease represents almost an entire floor. In addition to the 360 degree views, The law firm will benefit from Harwood International’s signature amenities including, 24-hour security, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-building parking and Marie-Gabrielle’s restaurant and manicured gardens.

Construction of Saint Ann Court will be completed in early 2009. This distinctively designed building will be constructed between the Ritz-Carlton and Victory projects. Taking approximately 20 months to construct, Saint Ann Court will be the tallest office structure in Uptown Dallas at 350 feet.
