DALLAS, Aug. 18, 2008: Saint Ann Court, the 320,000-square-foot, 26-story Class AA luxury office building by Harwood International, announced that Francis Enterprises LLC and North American Title have signed lease agreements. Harwood also announced that McGuire, Craddock & Strother has expanded its lease from 15,000 square feet to 24,953 square feet.
"We are nearing 70 percent in pre-leasing at Saint Ann Court, and the demand is still very strong,” said Jihane A. Boury, vice president, leasing and development. “We have two full floors available and one out of four penthouse floors remaining.”
Francis Enterprises LLC, a Dallas-based company focused on investments and government and public affairs consulting, has leased 2,600 square feet on the Rockefeller Sky Garden level of the 12th floor. Boury negotiated the lease.
North American Title, a Dallas-based title insurance underwriter firm, has leased 2,300 square feet. Rob Jones with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) negotiated the lease on behalf of North American Title. Boury and David O. Roehm, executive vice president, represented Harwood International.
McGuire, Craddock & Strother added an additional 10,000 square feet to its previous 15,000 square foot lease. Bill Zei and Ed Nash with McLeod Zei represented McGuire, Craddock & Strother. Boury and Roehm negotiated the deal on behalf of Harwood.
The newest high rise office project of Harwood International, Saint Ann Court will be a Class AA luxury office building offering 320,000 square feet and 26 floors of distinctive architecture, amenities, and ready access to major Uptown Dallas attractions. Designed by Perkins + Will Seattle, BOKA Powell, and Los Angeles-based Shimoda Design Group, Saint Ann Court will be completed in spring 2009.
