Saint Ann Court is a Class AA luxury office building offering 320,000 square feet and 26 floors of distinctive architecture, amenities, and ready access to major Uptown Dallas attractions. Designed by Los Angeles-based Shimoda Design Group, Saint Ann Court opened in 2009 and is the sixth out of 17 phases planned by Harwood International.
The Saint Ann Café by Marie Gabrielle, The Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum-The Samurai Collection, and the garden lounge and bar are set to open in spring 2010 within the historic St. Ann's School building. Other special features for tenants and visitors include the Rockefeller Sky Garden over the 11-story parking garage, the Samurai Espresso Bar, valet parking; and a private fitness center with Technogym equipment overlooking the Saint Ann Court garden.
